  Worst place ever. They stopped the cremation because some called and said they were the poa which they weren't now we have to wait to do anything because of this crap. If you love your love ones take them somewhere else

  Save yourself from added stress at a stressful time, do not go here. The number directs you to an offsite answering service that is not able to provide a shred of information, other than collecting your phone number. It's then a waiting game for how long it will take a funeral director to get back to you, which in my experience could take days. Multiple times I was promised a burial flag for my father who was a veteran, and one was never provided. If I could do it over I would gladly pay extra to go anywhere else. The last thing anyone should be worrying about during the loss of a loved one is trying to get follow through from a funeral home.

  David made a appointment for a 95 year old husband to pick up the wife ashes. The husband waited a hour+ and nobody showed up!! NOT a way to conduct business my friend, I will never suggest anyone to use your non-service in the future
